With Personal Fitness Training your sessions will include a program designed
specifically for your individual needs in order to achieve your personal health
goals. You will receive a fitness assessment that includes your Body
Composition, Health & Nutritional Guidance, Body Fat Analysis and Weight
Management goals. Pilates Personal Training is a sequence of postures that
builds strength, unwinds tight joints and loosens muscles. You will increase
your core strength (Back and Abdominals) while balancing the body, purifying the
nervous system and developing concentration and mindfulness. Once you have
