Yoga Basics
This class is a wonderful place to begin. It creates a strong foundation using the Iyengar principles of alignment & approach to modifications for all levels. Whether a beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or working through a physical injury; relax, rejuvenate, and experience yourself in a new way.

Yogalates
This class integrates the fluid asana practice of Yoga with the strength based core building Pilates exercises allowing us to feel taller, stronger and more flexible. Appropriate for all levels. By combining these two modalities, you'll definitely increase your stamina which aids in weight loss and burning extra calories. The workout is followed by a short, restorative rest.

Hatha Yoga
Practice where the root and essence of various postures are explored through alignment, breath, gentle flowing movements and meditation. Open to all levels, with some previous yoga experience. Classes designated as Active means be prepared to sweat!

Power Yoga
A free-form version of Ashtanga, Power Yoga is a unique combination of dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement which creates a high-heat, high-energy workout that balances and heals the body, clarifies the mind and reconnects us with our spirit.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is the system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. set sequence of asana's (postures) utilizing ujjayi pranayama (breath), drishti (gaze), and bandhas (locks). This is an invigorating and Heat-producing practice that detoxifies the system, realigns the body and energizes the spirit. Building on intro to yoga, this class teaches the full primary series of the ashtanga vinyasa (flowing) system, adding seated forward bends, twists, and basic backbends.

Pilates Plus
Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. One of the best things about Pilates is that it works so well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, as do seniors, women rebounding from pregnancy, and people who at various stages of physical rehabilitation. This class is designed for all levels utilizing the fit ball, resistant bands, foam roller and Magic Circle. These props provide gentle to moderate resistance in the exercises. They also give the body feedback as to where it is in space and which muscles are being used.

Vinyasa Yoga
This class offers an invigorating and intense flow of a dynamic form of yoga, connected to breath or pranayama in which yoga and mudra transitions are embodied as linkages within and between asana. Indeed, this process entrains the mindstream with the bodymind of the aspirant, and fuels the samadhi of Mystery in the adept.

Partner Yoga
Partner yoga is a great way to be introduced to yoga. We utilizes the buddy system to dissolve tension, and establish a natural state of harmony in mind, body and spirit. Restorative Yoga
This class can also be considered as "active relaxation." The body is supported through use of props, which alternately stimulates and relaxes the body. Restorative poses are especially beneficial for those times when you feel weak, fatigued, or stressed from your daily activities.

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga s based on Bikram’s twenty-six asana series designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. This series of exercises systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as Nature intended. The class is traditionally 90 minutes. Depending on the day, the class may be modified to fit in the hour time frame.The room will get to around 95 degrees and is suitable for all levels.
