ISCA Yoga Ball Certification Saturday November 22, 2008
The next Yoga Ball Certification , will be held on November 22, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00.  This one day certification combines Yoga, Pilates, and Balance & Stability training with the Stability Ball. The mind-body connection is challenged with core training and breathing techniques. A written exam will be given at the end to ensure proficiency and technique of instructor. Partner/Tai Yoga Workshop Sunday November 23, 2008
Partner/ Tai Yoga will take place on November 23rd at 8:30 am. The class will be taught by Dana Holtzclaw, who is also our massage therapist! You & your partner will guide each other into comfortable yoga postures that will increase your awareness and stretch, as well as give and receive relaxing compressions to major muscles that will help relieve pain and tension. Restorative Yoga Workshop Sunday December 7, 2008
Join April Hasty, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, for a workshop on relaxation techniques to help reduce stress. This workshop will teach you how to properly administer savasana, explore yoga nidra and give you several other techniques to help your students. Bring 3 pillows or yoga bolsters and a blanket and 3 eye pillows. Please sign up in advance because space is limited. The cost is $50.
