Wendy started her career in 1979 with a Vegas Dance Review,"Viva Variety" and "Hello Vegas" as a professional dancer. Leaving the troop to Graduate from USF in 1981 in Fine Arts. She continued her dancing career teaching all types of fitness and Yoga at many local dance studio's and Health Clubs, in the tri-city area.
Wendy studied under some of America's Leading Yoga instructors like Rodney Yee, Baron Baptiste, David Swensen, Bryan Kest, Beryl Bender Birch and Erich Schiffmann just to name a few inspiring her to continue her in-depth training using Pattabhi Jois' teachings in Ashtanga, Hatha yoga and Meditation.
BKS Iyengars' Yoga techniques for healing and proper breathing moved Wendy to the next step as she began working with patients rehabilitating from injuries and surgery.
College
Wendy graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She majored in Fine Arts specializing in Modern Dance Jazz and Ballet. Wendy minored in "Exercise Physiology" and has been working in the Health and Fitness industry since 1978.

Wendy is the owner of Wendy Fit Yoga Pilates and Personal Training studio teaching a variety of classes for all levels of Yoga and Pilates. Began her own show "Yoga for the Healthy Mind and Body" on Brighthouse Networks. Wendy is also a presenter and speaker for many Health and Fitness Expo's along with National Fitness Conventions training in Pilates and Yoga.
